You tell us when you’d like us to come to you. It’s at that time Henry will come to you to discuss your needs and preferences and determine your estimate. There’s no commitment required until you decide it’s right for you. Then, the rest is up to us.
Once you decide you’re ready, we order the windows you need and establish a clear and acceptable timeline for your project.
We talk to the local government and your HOA and file all necessary paperwork. We believe you shouldn’t have to deal with all of this busywork.
When the windows arrive to our warehouse, we schedule your project to be completed within two weeks of that day. We don’t believe you should wait any longer than you need to.
As a part of the job, we schedule an inspection to be sure you’re completely satisfied with our work and finalize your job. We believe your satisfaction is paramount.

We structure every project to have a 50% deposit when you first schedule your project with the 50% balance to be paid upon completion.
No. We will handle anything that falls within our warranty specifications and minor screen repairs that can be brought to our shop. But we generally do not repair windows.
